Italian media outlet Corriere dello Sport claims that Serie A side Atalanta Bergamo is on the verge of finalizing a significant transfer for Kerim Alajbegovic, a highly-rated prospect from Bayer Leverkusen. The reported fee for the young talent stands at an impressive €25 million.

Alajbegovic, who also represents Bosnia and Herzegovina internationally, could be set to link up with his national team colleague Sead Kolasinac at the Bergamo club. Kolasinac, a former Schalke 04 defender, is already a part of the Atalanta squad.
