Celtic forward Daizen Maeda has publicly restated his ambition to play in the Premier League. Meanwhile, the Scottish champions are reportedly considering offers for midfielder Arne Engels, with Nottingham Forest submitting the first official bid.
Daizen Maeda, the 28-year-old Japanese international, has reaffirmed his keenness on a move to the English top flight. This comes as speculation continues to swirl around his future with Scottish Premiership side Celtic.
The forward's comments arrive as Celtic are reportedly dealing with transfer interest in other players. Nottingham Forest are said to have lodged the initial summer offer for 22-year-old midfielder Arne Engels, while Roma and Villarreal have also expressed their interest in the young talent.
